Lead Sheets are a form of music notation shorthand where the melody, chord symbols and lyrics are written in a single line format. Singers or instrumental soloists often need lead sheets prepared in the key that they prefer for performance. Some lead sheets may include style, accompaniment figures, modulations, or ending preferences. Clients may need transposition of a lead sheet to be used for instruments that require transposed parts (for example a Tenor Sax) or clef sign transcriptions (for example a Trombone). Fees will be based on number of frames required by a client.
